/ what I do

I turn complexity into clarity.

Six-plus years designing B2B products across insurance, financial analysis, and corporate-spend management. I work at the intersection of research, interface design, and engineering alignment — building systems that scale without breaking and documentation that developers actually open. Currently at Payfy, designing complex financial operations across corporate cards, Pix, reimbursements, approvals, spending policies, reconciliation, and ERP integrations.

01

Systems

+0%

Design systems built to survive scale — not just a style guide, but a shared language between design and engineering. Recent impact: +40% component reuse at Economatica.

02

Flows

+0%

Critical decision flows redrawn with engineers in the room. The goal is always the same: fewer screens, clearer actions, faster outcomes. Recent impact: +20% decision-flow efficiency at Economatica.

03

Handoff

−0 days

Specs that answer the question before it's asked. Annotations, tokens, edge cases — everything a developer needs to implement without a second meeting. Recent impact: −4 days per sprint at Economatica.

/ selected work

Four problems worth solving.

B2B insurance, financial analysis, AI research, and mobile credibility. Different contexts. The same question: what does the user actually need from this product?

Design for scale: evolving a B2B insurance platform without breaking it

A Salesforce-integrated broker platform that needed to grow fast. Two years of component system work, cross-functional alignment, and a design language that could survive three product teams pulling in different directions.

A documentation system that made handoff quiet

Engineers were opening Figma files and still asking the same questions every sprint. I redesigned the handoff format so the document answered those questions before anyone had to ask — and the developers stopped waiting and started contributing.

When the designer is the instrument, not the tool

A master's research experiment using AI-assisted logo generation to study the boundary between human creative agency and machine output — not to produce a logo, but to find out exactly where human judgment becomes non-negotiable.

The app brokers thought was fake

The previous app was built by developers without a designer. Brokers questioned whether it was a legitimate MAG product. I rebuilt it from scratch — introducing UX process to a project that had never had one, and restoring credibility through design coherence.

Six years in complex products.

Six-plus years of product design, almost entirely inside B2B platforms where the wrong click costs money.

Designer. Researcher. Occasional game designer.

A decade learning that design is not only pixels — it is systems, relationships, evidence. Salesforce taught me strategy. Pairing with engineers taught me to communicate. Seeing real broker impact taught me to care about details.

My master’s research on AI in design shapes how I think about tooling, augmentation, and where the designer’s judgment still matters most.

I write about design systems and developer handoff when I have something worth saying.
